Classification and function of stainless steel rivets: […]

Classification and function of stainless steel rivets:

1. Semi-circular head rivets: Mainly used for riveting applications with large lateral loads, the most widely used.
Classification and role of stainless steel rivets:
1. Semicircular head rivet:
It is mainly used for riveting applications with large lateral loads and is the most widely used.
2. Flat cone head rivets:
Because the nail head is large and can resist corrosion, it is often used in corrugated places with strong corrosion such as hull and boiler water tank.
3. Countersunk head, 1200 countersunk head rivets:
Mainly used for riveting applications where the surface must be smooth and with little load.
Semi-recessed head, 1200 semi-recessed rivets are mainly used for riveting applications where the surface must be smooth and with little load.
4. Flat head rivets:
Used for riveting applications with normal loads.
5. Flat head, flat head rivet:
Flat head rivets, flat head rivets, mainly used for riveting of metal sheets or non-metallic materials such as leather, canvas and wood. Large flat head rivets are mainly used for riveting of non-metallic materials.
6. Semi-tubular rivets:
That is, a hollow is processed in the cylindrical portion of the rivet, and is mainly used for riveting occasions with little load.
Knowledge about the role of stainless steel rivets:
Stainless steel rivets: In riveting, the parts that are riveted by their own deformation or interference. Stainless steel rivets come in many varieties and are informal.
According to the force form, the rivets can be divided into three types: shear rivets, tension rivets and shear rivets.
